Microsoft 365 Copilot

Our Microsoft client came with us to a tough problem: "How do we promote a new AI agent, within an existing AI application?"

(For our readers, "Researcher" is essentially a new "lens" or setting for Copilot. It has the ability to draft entire research reports and conduct competitive analyses.)
"I see. Any other considerations?"
"Well, Alec, this campaign has to clearly show that Researcher has improved capabilities beyond the vanilla Copilot, but we CANNOT disparage or downplay original Copilot in any way. Oh, and you have no time. And it has to be appeal to a highly intellectual audience subsector, but still feel VERY Gen Z. Go."

"Hold my latte."

The art team and I achieved a nice balance of recognizing the complexity and capability of the new system, while delivering the simplicity needed to appeal to a brainiac Gen Z audience.
